Why we seal
Everything you write on-chain is public the moment you write it. Solana made value move like information — and made every move readable by anyone, forever.
But some words only work when they are written in advance and proven later. A prediction. A promise. A letter for someone who isn't ready for it yet. In a world where everything is instant and everything is watched, the scarce skill is committing to words before you can know how they land.
A seal is the smallest honest machine for that. Hash the letter. Commit the hash in one Solana transaction. Publish the original when the block you chose arrives. Before that block: zero readable bytes. After it: the words, the proof, and nothing hidden.
$SIGIL is the mark of people who take their own words seriously. Not a promise of profit — a stamp on a community that prefers proof over noise, and patience over hype.
The letter protocol ships in Phase 2. Until then, the seal is a story, a standard, and a promise — which is exactly the kind of thing this project was built to prove.
